Wonderful staff and works on it on a timely matter

Had 4 teeth pulled wednesday july 3rd. The actual procedure was quick and no problems. But the whole office went on vacation from July 4 to July 15 and did not leave anyone to take their calls. A few days after my procedure I started hurting much worse. I saw that a piece of bone came thru my gum. I called the office hoping they had left another dentist number who could help me. But there was nothing but " Leave a voicemail"message. So there I am in immense pain and no solution. Called my dentist Dr. Tomer. She had a dentist in there on Monday (the day I called) so I went in and she looked at my mouth told me a piece of bone came thru the gum. But the dentist she had in there would not take my insurance and if I could come up with 165 to 235.00 he would see me. We'll I couldn't come up with the money so here I am with very much pain in my mouth that makes me want to cry and scream and no other solution but to wait for july 15th to arrive and have them fix it. Believe me this is a never ending nightmare. I also was given ibuprofen 800. Ten of them for pain. But pain like this was not touched by them and of coarse by now they are all gone. The 15th is coming, I hope I make it till then. Just wanted you all to know how it is here for dental care. The actual experience itself was pleasant. Doctor was excellent as was the staff. Would recommend them every time just not vacation time.

My upper plate got destroyed, they got me right in, did a thorough exam on late Friday, I pick up the new plate on Monday.

Experience was fast and almost pain free! Since none of the employees introduced themselves I am not able to rate them.
