Great experience at my consultation. All of staff were polite and accomadating, and the entire office was clean. The x-rays went smoothly and were taken quickly. My nurse/tech was knowledgeable and throughly explained the entire process to me. She was patient with me when I had questions, even the questions I asked that she had already answered. She did a wonderful job making sure I had and understood all of the information that was given to me before I left the office. The dentist was also very polite and knowledgeable. He too explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. More importantly, the nurse and the dentist made me feel comfortable. My teeth are in horrible condition and my self confidence suffers every day because of their appearance. I almost canceled my appointment because the thought of anyone, especially a dentist, examining my teeth up close terrified me. But I am so glad I didn't cancel my appointment. I never felt judged or belittled by anyone while I was in the office. When I left my last appointment with a dentist several years ago, I knew without a shadow doubt that he and every employee in the office were talking about me and the condition of my teeth. I guess nobody realized I had gone to the restroom and I was able to hear every last awful word they said about me. I have never felt more ashamed and embarrassed of myself than on that day, and I swore to myself that I would never go to another dentist again. I decided to live with the extreme dental pain and the embarrassment. And I did, for almost four years. However, today was a completely different experience, and I am so thankful for the dentist and the support staff for treating me with dignity and respect during my appointment. I.e.:Don't let a bad experience at one place deter you from making an appointment at this office so you can have the smile you deserve.

The experience with Affordable Dentures was a comfortable, no pressure experience. Kayla and Dr. Hanley were very though and friendly. Cost for services are amazing, much less then I expected. Thank you ADI

The staff is very friendly, the dentist was understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. They are working with us to provide the best option for our needs with no “ upselling” pressure. I’m very pleased with them and feel confident & relieved that they are going to provide the services we need in a professional, affordable, compassionate manner

I had my first appointment today with affordable dentures. I was very pleased with everyone. They were all friendly but professional. The waiting room and patient rooms were very clean, and The prices were very reasonable.

When I first went in December of 2023 Dr Harris was very friendly but the 2 young girls up front were not at all. Had teeth pulled by a different dentist cause dr Harris had left .The dentist was great but not the assistant she put my temporary set in no gauze or anything , I couldn't even talk cause the teeth were way too big , I ask her what I was suppose to do cause they didn't fit and she said you have to adjust to them I ask how they won't stay in and she said call us if they won't work and we will get you back in well I called and she said they had no appointments available for 2 more weeks so I had to go without them needless to say fast forward to June 14 2024 I went today and met the new dentist that's filling in from lenoir city and he is fabulous!!! The Lady at the front was so nice and friendly nothing like the 2 young girls. So since lenoir city has taken over I recommend them .

Very nice staff. They listen to you and the prices is affordable! Absolutely love it! Great services. Edit: I got my dentures today and I am beyond pleased!!
