Quick service! Polite and efficient

I love the prices that affordable dentures. I’m a return customer. I’ve had two top dentures done at the 395 price. I’ve been happy both times my major complaint is the staff. They were very rude and unprofessional. I had to argue to get my dentures at the price I wanted them. This is the Albany, New York location. the receptionist would rather do her nails then to give you change. I won’t be returning to that location.

I love my dentures, the doctor and the employees are the best. I was so afraid of making the leap but everyone made me so comfortable. I had very little pain, I took pain meds once. We have been coming here since 2016 I believe. The first dentist was horrible. Poor workmanship, lousy dentist. New dentist takes over. With the experiences we have had not much better. As with many reviewers comments, they do not return calls. Even after leaving multiple messages a week. No response. We drive an hour and a half. The appt was for 9. Come to find out there are 2 other appts at the same time and we will have to wait a couple hours at least before they can fix his denture. A tooth has come out. Not the first time for a tooth coming out. And we bought the top of the line denture. He has had nothing but problems with the denture. Fitting problems, problems with sores from rubbing, teeth come out. No sense in driving home so we sit for two hours waiting. This is absolutely unacceptable. When asked about the phones they said they have been having problems with the phones for a few months now. In this day in age I find that hard to believe and unacceptable. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There is no accountability, no quality, nothing. Shame on you as a practice. Not returning calls or making people wait hours upon hours. Not impressed with this place at all. If we could go some places else we would. But no one can fit dentures to the hardware that they use. So we are STUCK.
