Excellent staff, on time scheduling.

I am reviewing this for a friend but said friend is ecstatic about the service he got here. He got fitted, went back and was happy with the fitment but Dr. didn't like the gapping and asked for 1 more week. 1 week later said friend shows up and is presented with the best fitment ever. Clearly the office and personal take pride in their work and wanna make sure the fitment is best. He would recommend to anyone 10x over again. Great buisness you guys!

The staff was courteous and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and clearly stated. I was able to get my upper denture the same day and it fit like a glove.

I've visited the AD&I in Overland park two times, and found that the office staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The Dr and the techs had very gentle hands and, my mouth really appreciated that.

The office was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. Everything was explained and options were provided. No pressure in buying which made the experience good as well. Many people don’t like pushy sales representatives.
