Great Experience, excellent staff and doctor.

The staff was very friendly. The only drawback to using this service is that they no longer do same-day service. We had to wait over a week to get the final dentures.

Came in for the first visit and the staff was absolutely awesome.

Just stop wasting your time calling and researching in order to find the best dental practice that specializes in dentures and just hear me out…. If u are simply wanting to be pain free from awful tooth aches and/or just want to smile again without feeling embarrassed just call Affordable Dentures (preferably the Valdosta, Ga location) and set up your free consultation and I assure u that within just a very short amount of time you will regain that beautiful self confidence we all very much deserve to feel regardless of age. Now, a few years ago my opinion would have been much different about this particular location because over 5 years ago when I originally had my dentures first made it was under different management and the entire staff very rude and dismissive and the Dentist at the time was so very inappropriate and unprofessional at times which made my entire experience absolute HELL… While my dentures looked amazing, the fit was never right because I refused to go back and have any adjustments made because I refused to put myself in such an uncomfortable situation ever again. Fast forward 5+ years in which I’ve been wearing my original dentures uncomfortably till the day came that I made a mistake and left them drying on a table low enough for my dog to reach and well let’s just say she wanted to see how well they chewed (literally) 🫢 They withstood a lot but did end up breaking in the middle which is why I just recently had to return to Affordable Dentures and I was so nervous and anxious bc of my experience the 5+ years prior but boy am I glad I did! The experience was like night and day! I walked in and immediately a beautiful sweet lady named Ms. Mary kindly greeted me and I could feel the anxiety and tension slowly start to fade away as she explained the process of having a replacement made and such. I had a very short wait before a kind gentleman named Sadarius guided me to an exam room and we chatted and laughed about my dog trying out my new dentures and such which most definitely enlighten the situation lol. Ms. Mary and Sadarius both worked together to get everything ready for my replacement to be made and while going over the process and fees I was surprised to learn about a current promotion that offered a 15% discount on services. Say less! The staff was so good to me and made me feel so welcomed that I decided that instead of just replacing my lower denture I would go ahead get myself a brand new full set made bc this time around I know my new dentures will not only look amazing but will also fit appropriately because I actually look forward to returning for my follow up visits this time around. Needless to say, one terrible experience prevented me from having dentures that actually fit for many years but I am so happy I took a chance and went back to Affordable Dentures because I received more than just a full set of dentures. I received respect, dignity, and some amazing new friends that in return deserve acknowledgment and admiration. Thank you for EVERYTHING and I am so grateful to be part of the Affordable Dentures family . 🤗

Best customer service ever. Dental assistant was kind, compassionate and extremely informed.

Had a return (size) my fault. Jackie in returns was awesome. She had everything to the highest level. Wish I could get this type service at other big box companies.

Everyone there was very nice to me. I went there to get new dentures and the doctor was very nice and explained everything to me about the different prices. I will get my new dentures on Monday afternoon.
