This place is awesome! I highly Recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone needing implants or dentures. They explain everything to you. They are so nice. Doctor Johnson is awesome. Great bedside manners. He is the best. And Tori she is awesome good looking sweet patient and will even sing to you!❤️ I am very hard to please and let me tell you what they are the best… I had left the lights on in my car In the facility was good enough to help me get a jumpstart. These people are genuine.!!!

The Positives: I came here 10-12 years ago to get dentures for the top (chose denture wearers package) and came back 5 yrs later to have them re-done. Dr. Hagan and the staff were wonderful any time I went. Now that I need a new top plate and to figure out options for the bottom, I decided to come back since I had a great experience all the times before. Dr. Hagan is no longer there but the staff and current dentist were all very nice and professional. I believe his name is Dr. Johnson but not sure. I didn't pay much attention to that. He and his assistant were very easy to talk with and they answered all of my questions. They didn't try to hurry me up and rush me through like a lot of Dr. offices do now-a-days. I felt seen and heard. We were able to narrow it down to 2 options which I will choose from. The Negatives: My appointment was at 9am. I was called back at 10:30am. They did an x-ray right away then waited for the dentist to come in. After discussing all the options, I opted to do the x-ray to determine if I had ebough bone for an implant. This was also done right away. From that point, I went back to the room to wait on the dentist to look at the x-ray then come back in to talk with me. This time, it seemed like I waited forever. The assistant came in several times to check on me and to let me know the dentist would be in soon. He finally came in and we discussed the 2 best options then he had me go up front to pay for the appointment and to wait while they worked out the quotes for the 2 options. That took approximately 20 minutes. I finally got out of there at 1:45pm. I understand they have other patients, but I think 3 hours of mostly waiting (not counting the wait in the waiting room before being called back) was excessive and ridiculous. The back area is also a lot colder than the waiting area. It was so cold back there that I was freezing. Being summer, I had on a short sleeve shirt but I'm glad I wore jeans and tennis shoes. The assistant gave me one of their throw away smock jackets to lay over me but it didn't help very much. I have lower back problems that are exacerbated by the cold so by the time I left, my back pain was an 8 out of 10 when it normally stays at a level 5. Even my feet, and especially my toes, felt frozen. I will be sure to wear thick socks and bring a hoodie with me for all future visits. Summary: Although I had the negative issues this visit, I would still recommend them 10/10 to anyone looking at getting dentures or implants.

Javier is great and makes you feel valued as a patient. The staff is also wonderful and kind. I appreciate all they do.

My experience with Affordable Dentures is that everyone is professional courtesy and very polite and I would recommend them to anyone.
