When I walked in the door I was already Nervous 😟 because of the horrible experience I had just had at the Affordable Dentures in Covington, It's the day before Thanksgiving So I'm already prepared to have to wait until after Thanksgiving holidays to come back for my try in and I'm not gonna lie I was upset about it because I saved up and planned it where I would have my New upper before holiday get togethers began but because of what happened in Covington and that 2 day process taking 2 weeks that was not gonna be possible.I got a refund in Covington and The first available appt In Commerce was the week of the holiday. When I walked in the back the energy was way different. It was very Welcoming. I was greeted with positive attitudes and caring compassionate Service. Dr. M and her Team including the owners daughter who was there to help out heard a little bit about my experience over the last 2 weeks trying to get my denture before Thanksgiving and they all pulled together and made what should have been atleast a 2 day process happen in 1 visit!! Yes I WORE MY NEW SMILE TO THANKSGIVING DINNER!!! 🥹 They did something for me that money can't buy. They listened to my needs and they Met my needs. Actually they Exceeded my expectations by a thousand percent. Dr. M took measurements and had me say certain words and really customized my teeth to Perfection!!!!!!! And they all went out of there way to make my day better and they didn't even know me. And for that they Will forever have me as a patient. I will never forget the experience they gave me that day. Thank you Commerce!!! ❤️🫶
