Went for consultation today and was very pleased

Extremely Friendy and Very Professional staff , The young Lady at the service Desk went above and beyond and stayed right with me to find a good fit for my Budget, The Dentist was very through in his explaining what needed to be done to help me with my Dental issues , VERY Professional and true Down home Care !

I’m a brand new patient. For starters when I called to make my appointment a very friendly voice answered the phone. I was shocked to hear him introduce himself as Dr. Wiman. I am not used to a doctor/owner answering the phone. He was extremely polite and friendly. I told him I needed to make an appointment for a consultation. He told me he was placing me on a brief hold and someone would schedule my appointment. He checked back with me a few minutes later to apologize for the hold. A few minutes later a very sweet receptionist took my information and scheduled my appointment. At my appointment everybody was very kind. I was extremely nervous. I had just had teeth extracted so they were unable to do anything at that appointment but in detail explained why I needed to wait a few weeks to allow my mouth to heal. They were all very positive and told me at the end of this process I am going to look great. It really touched me. I just finished cancer treatment and through the process my teeth were very compromised. Losing your teeth is very hard to swallow. But the staff made me feel very good about the process and were all so kind and understanding. I’m counting down the days until my next appointment. I’ve always been extremely leery about dentist so it speaks volumes for me to be looking forward to seeing a one. Highly recommend.
