Until I'd blurted out my first spontaneous burst of genuine laughter, I had forgotten what my real laugh sounded like. Making the decision to finally correct a long forgotten wrong was enough, but to be guided through what can only be described as a life changing event by people who not only know what they're doing, but who know how hard it is to get here, and where this decision could take you from there.
