Treatment plans are subject to verification, including confirmation of surgical indications, implant system equivalency, implant count and position, grafting requirements, prosthetic type, and laboratory specifications. Government or non-credit subsidized plans are excluded. Insurance co-pays or insurance reimbursement amounts are not eligible. The Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with promotions or coupons. This guarantee applies only at participating locations and does not apply to treatment plans from other Affordable Dentures & Implants practices. This guarantee may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of the practice without notice.
