What the journey really looks like.

Smile restoration is a real healthcare process. It has chapters. It has healing. It has decisions and trade-offs. And it has a path that always follows the same three stages:

1

We remove disease and prepare your mouth.

2

We design and create your new teeth while you heal.

3

We stabilize your teeth where possible and support you long-term.

Every patient’s details will be unique, but this experience never changes.

When changing your life, the details matter.

A clear understanding of the process—and a team holding your hand through it all—is part of the Affordable Way that drives us. And that trust starts by sharing with you all of the potential steps with no sugarcoating and no omissions.

  • 1. Disease Removal & Mouth Preparation

    Getting healthy comes first. Always.

Most people come to us with infection, bone loss, gum disease, or teeth that can no longer be saved. We say this with compassion, not judgment: there is disease in your mouth, and it’s affecting your health, comfort, and confidence.

We’ll explain what’s happening in your mouth and why preparation is vital for success.

If implants are in your plan, they can often be installed the same day, but healing takes time to bond with your bone and become the foundation for long-term stability. If implants aren’t in your budget right now, we can still prepare your mouth for what you’ll need in the future.

No matter what prep is done, you’ll never leave without teeth. Temporary dentures will let you smile, talk, and live your life through the entire healing process.

Our first job is to remove that disease and prepare your mouth for a healthy future.

    This may include:

    • Extractions
    • Cleaning out infection
    • Shaping gum and bone
    • Taking impressions
    • Assessing implant readiness
    • Installing implants if necessary and viable
  • 2. Crafting Your New Teeth

Our teeth are designed specifically for you, not picked off a shelf.

Great teeth aren’t purchased. They’re designed. If you want true comfort and longevity, you want dentures crafted with you in mind.

Most of our clinics are able to create your custom dentures and implant-supported teeth in our on-site labs, using advanced technology and skilled technicians who do this every day.

And because you’ll be healing over the next several months, we make sure you have a comfortable healing denture or a final denture that we will reline throughout the healing process. By the time you’re fully healed, your permanent smile will be ready.

Other dental offices outsource their dentures, but we build them—with precision, speed, and affordability.

    This means:

    • Faster turnaround times
    • More control over quantity
    • Dentures tailored to your healing mouth
    • Savings we pass directly on to you
  • 3. Stabilization & Long-Term Support

Your new smile comes after healing—and we stay with you until you’re there.

Healing takes time. Most patients heal in 6–9 months before we create their final, fully stabilized smile. And we’ll be here for every stage of it.

A smile isn’t a one-time event. It’s a relationship. Even after you receive your final teeth, ongoing care remains important.

    • Implant-supported teeth need check-ups every 6 months
    • Implants often need professional adjustments every 2 years
    • Dentures have a 7-year useful life
    • Insurance typically covers replacement every 5 years

We look forward to seeing that proud and fearless new you when you stop in for check-ups and adjustments. Your confident new life is why we do what we do.

During this phase, you’ll come back for:

    • Fit adjustments
    • Bite tuning
    • Gum and bone checks
    • Temporary relines

Our promise to you never changes. But your expectations will.

Everyone deserves better care than what we’ve come to expect. So we decided to do something about it.

We promise:
