I had a small surgery yesterday and the entire team was fantastic. The doctor was very gentle, and the staff was incredibly supportive and kind. They gave me so much confidence and reassurance. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

This was my best experience so far as a denture wearer! The front desk was great at explaining what to expect. Carlos, the assistant, was super professional, kind, educational, and paid attention to the details and answered all of my questions. The dentist spent the time I felt I needed for my questions to be answered. I will use them for my future needs and would recommend them to my family and friends. Also, the pricing was great for my budget. Thanks West Valley for treating me so well.

Dr Jones is incredible, my procedure so far is going fantastic. My new implants are coming along better than I anticipated. The entire staff is so nice and answered all my questions.

My overall experience was mostly good with great front office personnel, sticking close to their schedules and working good together. But my first negative was having a piece of my oral tissue torn away as they forcibly removed my new denture after being in my mouth constantly for 5 days as instructed. I don't feel like my complaints were investigated well and only told to read a paper of possible issues so I felt I had been issued practice dentures that didn't fit well. I had to move on to my permanent set early because I felt it was wasting my time to continue on with ill fitting ones. My fitting for the wax set was done well with a lot more care than the first. My top permanent denture is mostly good and although I love how snug they are now, I'm not yet able to fit my bottoms over my gums. Will be returning for fixing again. I think you get what you're willing to pay for maybe.

This is another review. I am posting about Dr. Jones and his staff. I have had some issues with my dentures because I grind my teeth. I go in to see them to get repairs done and they are always able to help me in a timely manner. they are very patient and cordial. I am glad they have the warranty and guarantee on them that they do because this could be costly in many ways, Affordable Dentures and dental is the place to go and I highly recommend them the service so far has been better than the actual product in many ways for the most part. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work that I have had done.
