I went in for a full set of new premium dentures but mistakes were made! The entire staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. However, my set they made were not fitting well at all and many adjustments were made that didn't help. For a moment, I felt as if I was being gaslit by staff saying dentures are always uncomfortable at first and adhesive seemed to be the answer for all the problems. I finally asked for the doctor again to look at them. He immediately said they would make a new set, examined my mouth very well and figured out half the problem in my unusual anatomy, and i think the impressions weren't good. New ones were done immediately! At my new wax try-ins he even sent my old denture to the lab to look at because I have always loved how they look and wanted new ones as close as possible. I got my new set over a week ago and I am absolutely thrilled with my new smile, and they are very comfortable! They look exactly how I envisioned and though I still use adhesive, it is very little and lasts all day. I can see they took great care in crafting them. I love my new set and I am grateful they indeed honored their satisfaction guarantee. Throughout the entire experience, the staff and both doctors were extremely kind, courteous and friendly. I was starting to worry about my decision to come here, but now I have an even bigger confidence in my smile than ever before! Very happy... my husband will be coming soon to get his done also! Friendly staff and Dr. Hollister was very thorough as well as the Dr. who did my extraction I only have one concern,,,, I wonder if I could get a copy of the plan for my dentures, also I know my next appt is July 31st but I don't recall the time thank you all for helping me work to get my smile back ☺

Amazing experience! Staff is amazing and friendly. Fixed any problems I had to make sure the fit was perfect. While it is a long process, they pay attention to every detail and make sure everything is perfect before the next step. I just finished up last week and the results are life changing! I would highly recommend anyone interested in getting implants to go here!

Absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve made. Dr. Hollis is amazing!!!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing dental work done. Very friendly but his attention to detail and the actual procedure was second to none. I am more than satisfied.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some concerns with my temporary plate. The concerns were corrected in the final denture. They reassured me that I could come back for any concerns I may have. I am very pleased with the staff and service.

The staff there was very nice and polite and my dentist was hilarious I haven't laughed so hard in years. Very pleasant experience. The only thing that I was not happy with was they supposed to put a space between my two front teeth and they didn't put one and everyone can tell that I have dentures now but with my other dentures there was a space between them and everyone thought that was my real teeth. But at the time I didn't notice until I got home and smiled and realized the space wasn't there. Other than that I was completely satisfied, but if they could put a little space between my teeth that would definitely make me happy, but if not I will understand.

I had a good experience. Then wait time for impressions and bite mold was a little long. The staff are all very pleasant. Had my upper extractions done yesterday and recheck this morning. Everything is on target. Very little pain from the deadenly shots and afterwards.
