Will nice customer service anyone made me feel comfortable explained what I will have done

The staff was friendly, courteous, very professional. No long waiting for appointments. They took care of my needs promptly with no discomfort or pain. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. First class care.

May be to early to say for sure but it appears they are standing behind their product and practice and plan on replacing a failed implant and for this I am truly grateful.

It was great no long wait and everything was explained to me very nicely and understandable

1st visit was for consultation. Everyone was very pleasant. Dr. Amir Akhras is very personable and the staff is as well. Felt very comfortable with all of them. It takes me 1 1/2 hours to get to their office and so far it’s been well worth it! 2nd visit they did an impression and she was she was amazing to make sure the stuff used for the impression didn’t squeeze out and gag me. She was very careful and wiped the excess away 3rd visit went great! Had the last 4 top teeth pulled and felt nothing! The last tooth my regular dentist pulled the pain was horrible! They had my temporary top denture ready and it looked great! Asked the dentist if I could give him a hug because of him making sure I felt no pain. 😊 3rd visit went for a soft alignment but they wanted to let my gums heal a little more I did have a couple areas that needed smoothed and that was done quickly 4th visit went for a Soft reline because my Gums are healed and denture was a little loose. Took 30 minutes to to do it and now they are great again 5th Dec 15th visit was for my permanent top denture All went great! They will send impressions out of office to be made because I am having a wire mesh put in denture to make it less likely to break which I don’t think happens often Now to wait on a call when they come in.
