Have difficulty with breaking my new denture and are extremely helpful in assessing why this is happening.

The receptionist was ver pleasant and helpful even when I had to change days. The doctor was very patient and explained everything until I understood, he even was very mindful of my budget. I was very stresses about the procedure ( all my past experiences with dental work has been nothing short of horrible) BUT everything went very well and I was terrified for nothing. I would highly recommend Dr Aaki he is excellent!

My 1st time when had extractions done & went back for denture adjustment the staff was just all about their personal lives & cell phones & dr was all about making a sale. They chipped my top denture & said couldn't fix needed new i said no thats unfair because you caused issue..Long story short...had to have back surgery and I just was cleared to drive and so made appt for final impression of bottom denture..OMG What a difference a yr can make totally brand new staff & new Dr. From the minute you walk in door you are made felt so welcomed. I met new Dentist Awesome Dr and very nice. Went yesterday for final fitting and mind you 2nd visit as soon as walked in door the office manager knew my name before I could say anything. My new denture they are making is so real looking compared to the 1 they gave after extractions. So all I can say is if your looking for a Dentist & staff that cares about their patients & not money hungry This is where you belong. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Again you want your smile back & look natural this is the go to place. Thanks to Everyone there🙏

They adjusted them

Been quite a while since I have been here. For the most part they have a friendly staff. Young lady at front desk was very helpful. Came in for a repair and they had it completed faster than expected.

My experience has been great thus far. The dentist and staff have all been great!

Well first off the front desk young lady I think her name is Brittany awesome so sweet the lady that did my x-ray awesome, so when he came time for me to come back later that day after they did the molding I was kind of skeptical but Tiffany she is so awesome and I love that Dr.Akhras ask her advice and to be honest and she was and I appreciated him doing that when I went back today on the 16th the dentures are perfect they did an awesome job thank you so much everyone Tiffany you rock front desk you rock x-ray lady you rock lab who did my denture they Rock and Dr.Akhras you rock I will tell anyone everyone that I know that needs dentures partials permanent whatever I'll refer them.

The staff at the Fairview Heights office are fabulous. Miss Tiffanee is amazing. She's always very friendly, very respectful and goes out if her way to be accommodating.
