Dr. Jorge Hernandez, DMD, is a prosthodontist at Affordable Dentures & Implants, Pearland. Specializing in complex restorative dentistry, Dr. Hernandez brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to every patient, with a focus on restoring function, aesthetics, and confidence. His training covers dental implants, full-arch restorations, and complete mouth rehabilitation, delivering advanced solutions tailored to even the most challenging dental needs.
Dr. Hernandez earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in Puerto Rico before completing postgraduate specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Georgia in Augusta. This rigorous program deepened his skills in dental implants, advanced restorative dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Following his training, he returned to Puerto Rico, where he practiced alongside his father and served as a faculty member at a dental school, helping shape the next generation of dental professionals.
After relocating to Texas, Dr. Hernandez joined Affordable Dentures & Implants and has proudly served the Pearland community for the past nine years. His prosthodontic background gives him the tools to address complex cases with precision and care, consistently achieving outcomes that improve both oral health and quality of life.

Dr. Chakrapani earned her dental degree in India, building a strong foundation in comprehensive care and community service, before advancing her education at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry to earn her U.S. dental license. Her additional training in dental laboratory technology gives her a distinctive perspective on esthetics, function, and restorative excellence that very few providers can offer.
As a mother of two, Dr. Chakrapani understands the trust patients place in their care team and works hard to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard and at ease.
