Fast friendly service…wish I would have done this years ago!

I'm terrified of the dentist. My teeth are ugly and they hurt. The staff and Dentists are wonderful. Patient catering and honest. Dr. Hernandez is very gentle. He was honest and told me that I didn't need full dentures. Partials ate going to be better. I'm still scared, but I have at least been put at ease. I'd highly recommend Affordable Dentures. Even to scaredy cats like me.

Needed an appointment at the last minute. Received same day appointment within an hour.

Had one implant done It went smoothly with no pain. Just had the crown put on. All went well. 👍👍

I had my first appointment at Arrow Dental today. I cannot reiterate how pleased I was. Dr. Navid M. is highly skilled, very informative and was extremely gentle. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He recently purchased this business and I would like him to succeed in his endeavor and I encourage anyone who has dental needs to seek him out...you'll thank me later.

Excellent and professional care. Prompt service and as scheduled. Well informed personell. Easily relates to lay person on their level of understanding. Prepares you for procedures or coarse of care to be administered. Very pleasant and courteous.

As always these guys are great! And their products are top notch. I had to buy new dentures and due to a lack of funds had to go with the economy. Needless to say I think I like these better than the first ones they did. And those were great!

Excellent servicing and cleaning of my denture implants. Mike is so very personable it is a joy to see him each time.

I was very happy with the new hygienist who saw me on my visit this past Wednesday. She was kind and patient the entire time and answered all of my questions. Upon arrival I was told that I had to pay upfront for my visit before services could be administered which I haven't had to do at anytime since I've been coming here over the past few years. When i questioned it i was told that yhe policy had changed a few months back. If this was the new policy ALL of your patients returning for visits since the change should have been notified in advance by mail. I was constantly being asked across the waiting room lobby for a payment which is very unprofessional. I had moneyvto pay up-front but i chose not to do it because i was not notified in advance and i felt uncomfortable with the way I was asked and the pressure of doing so. I have never left your office or any other doctor's office without paying. When I booked my appointment I was told that I could have my teeth and dentures cleaned and I needed to see the doctor for any other issues I had with my dentures not fitting correctly which has been an ongoing issue from day 1 of my implants. I informed the person booking my appointment that on my last visit I wasn't given all my orings because it was not in stock and I had paid for it on that visit in August 2025. I also found out that i had to reschedule for another visit to get my teeth adjusted which is an inconvenience because i need to take off from work and it takes a few weeks to coordinate my absence. I was able to reschedule for this past Friday because i was already scheduled off. Unfortunately i had to leave town for an emergency and had to cancel. I must mention upon my arrival there was multiple people behind the desk and only 2 was actually working. It seems like this office is going down in its service not to mention that the staff is constantly changing which is an alarming concern to me.
