January 2025, I was at a previous location and I’m so glad I didn't do the dental plan.. June 2025, Dr. Chen is wonderful! He is now my dentist!!!! Unfortunately, I was supposed to be here at 8 AM. I left the house at 7:50, between 5 miles apart from my house to the dentist office, there was traffic. I was 13 minutes late. All the girls in the office are so nice and kind, They realized I was almost late. I was late, but it’s OK now. This is my first one visit. It was a good experience. Although, it’s not always going be a good experience, Due to my mouth! Thank you, Dr. Chen and all the office girls. I will see you the next time, soon.

Came for a consultation this morning in regards to an extraction and implant. Front desk was very nice and guided me through the process. Dr Blair was very kind as well and had a very calming presence to him. Explained my situation to me and explained option last after extraction and how the whole procedure would look like. After that one of the front desk associates explained my procedure plan and costs and provided me with financial options. After I left, when I was looking at the offers. They called and kept communication and asked if I had any questions on what was offered. They are not pushy at all and I apologize for not remembering the front desk names but they were both very nice. I have bad dental anxiety but I feel pretty confident in this team when I’m ready to book my procedure

I have had a good experience here. Dr. Blair, Sonia and all of the staff have been kind and professional. The placement of my implants (done years ago elsewhere) do not make it easy to replace the dentures that attach to them. However, they were very successful in doing so. The dental lab technician (Gary I think) knows what he is doing. It is easy to get in for adjustments and all of the assistants are more than willing to help. Dr. Blair is smart to have his own lab on site where any issues can be taken care of immediately.

The customer service is top notch hands down! The quality of service & how nice & relaxed they made me feel is A1! This is an emotional experience & the staff gave me confidence to explain what I wanted, as well as educate me! I received my dentures quickly & the finished product looks amazing! I can’t stop smiling!! I recommend this location in Dallas!

We had a wonderful experience. From the beginning the staff made sure we are aware of the process and all the next steps, and we didn’t understand it, they would take the time to explain it. Dr was amazing guy and made my mom feel comfortable during the surgery. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to go through with journey.

Excellent in every way. I had a crown and fillings completed.

I was calling different offices to get pricing and Leslie was very helpful.. I definitely recommend them to family and friends & will be making an appointment very soon.
