I am absolutely terrified of dentists, okay?

Dr. Anna Suarez is one of the nicest healthcare professionals I have ever worked with. She is professional, has an excellent bedside manner, and the quote for the full treatment plan was very reasonable.

I needed five extractions, and they did all five in one day. The procedure took about an hour because a couple of my teeth were stubborn and the roots had to be worked out, but they got everything. They even took post-procedure X-rays to make sure nothing was left behind. I had extractions done in the 90s and they definitely weren't doing that back then.

I don't normally take pills, so they helped me come up with a medication schedule that I could actually follow and explained exactly how to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen. That was incredibly helpful.

The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming. Financing was easy. I went in at 8:00 AM for an evaluation, was back by 2:00 PM for my extractions, and was driving myself home by 3:15 PM. (Part of that delay was because I forgot my phone in the office and had to go back for it.)

I also loved seeing an all-female team absolutely crushing it (sorry owner dude. You weren't there, but these women are awesome!)

While I was there, I watched them deal with some very difficult patients. One gentleman had attempted to repair his dental appliance himself. Yelling at them! They calmly explained that if something breaks, don't try to fix it yourself because it can void the warranty—just bring it back. Even after that, they continued treating him with patience and respect.

Throughout the day I watched the staff go out of their way for people. Everyone remained calm, professional, patient, and kind. One of the staff members was singing while she worked and the entire office had a bright, positive atmosphere.

There was one point during my procedure where the local anesthetic didn't fully take and I could feel what was happening. All I had to do was let Dr. Suarez know. She immediately stopped, gave me additional anesthetic, waited until I was completely numb, and then continued. After that, I couldn't feel a thing.

The entire team works together seamlessly. They are efficient without making you feel rushed. You can tell they're busy and on a schedule, but they never make you feel like a burden or an inconvenience.

I am usually the nervous patient who asks a million questions, but they made me feel comfortable the entire time.

One thing I always pay attention to in healthcare is whether people genuinely care about helping others. Dr. Suarez is exactly the kind of person you hope to find. She is kind, compassionate, and genuinely wants her patients to be comfortable. She and her assistant made the entire experience easy, precise, and stress-free.

Less than 24 hours later, I already feel better than I did before the procedure. The pain from the infected and broken teeth is gone. I'm a little tender, which is completely expected after having five teeth extracted, but it feels like healing pain instead of something being wrong.

For the first time in a long time, I'm not sitting around in constant dental pain, and that alone is priceless. I can't even believe how much better I can think now that they're gone!

I had new snap in dentures made from the Greenville location a few years back. I’m super happy with them, and they also look great. For those considering getting this done? Just know anything new being fitted to your mouth will feel a little foreign at first. But your mind will quickly adjust, and you will ultimately find you will forget they are not your own teeth! Best decision I made choosing this company. Even service is top shelf. Staff is very friendly as well. Job well done guys.

I had a wonderful experience with most of the staff. The doctor was amazing. Front desk could use a little courtesy. Also they told me what to expect about the dentures and my physical healing but did not tell me how it might affect me emotionally. Im sure that’s not part of their training but anyone in the medical field has to realize you are just treating patients. You are treating humans. Human centered care means caring about the overall person not just the medical procedure you are doing. I just hope that the medical community catches on !

The process of getting dentures was positive throughout my entire experience.

Very friendly. Dr explained all the options as well as pros and cons for each one. Pricing is not particularly "affordable" if you're on a fixed income but they do offer financing.
