Overall I am satisfied with my experience so far. The workers are friendly. However, other than the doctor, I have not been told the name of any person that was assisting me. The doctor was the only person to identify himself. Name badges would be a nice option.

I believe post-operative instructions are needed in a print form. Usually, you receive instructions for any major procedure on how to procede once you leave the office. My instructions were limited and I had to google/youtube to figure out how to navigate after my procedure.

Time will tell if my experience has been a complete 5 Star. I was pleased with the outcome of my last visit, as "she" took great care and effort to help the dentures fit comfortably.

I'm not so pleased with the teeth of my dentures, as they are not the length that was requested. The color is fine, but the teeth were filed to a flat bottom. I'm unsure why this was done.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. When I got there to have a tooth extracted they were so nice. The nurse was super sweet. I wish I could remember her name and the dentist. She said that he was very gentle. After he numbed it and made sure it was. He went in and pulled it out and I didn't even know it was out. He was very nice talking to me and so was she. She was patting my shoulder the whole time. I hope thru both are there the next time I go. I went to morristown. Thank you so much for making it better

Great people and dentists very good

I was comfortable the entire time, even while getting my tooth pulled. All staff were friendly and showed care and empathy. Thank you, Affordable Dentures! I'm looking forward to being with you all throughout my dental journey!

Dr. William's is the best dentist I've been to in years-

I went today for my consultation and to set up my surgery for January. I'm really excited. I will put pictures up before and after everything is done. The personnel at the office were very professional and very kind and very informative. Thank you for a good experience
