I was so nervous at the beginning of my experience but the staff were so welcoming, non-judgmental, and all around friendly that I soon became calm! By the time I thought my procedure was about to begin, it in fact was already over! The dentist went out of his way to ensure my understanding of all aspects and couldn't have been more gentle! I went in for a consult and X-rays, met several staff members and the dentist who patiently described my treatment options. My daughter suggested this location and was hopeful all would go well. I sent her a selfie from the chair signifying my approval. I go back in a week for my procedure and I am very much looking forward to it.

I was a little hesitant to return because this office does not bill my insurance directly, as some other places do. However, I had a partial made here several years ago and appreciated the way I was treated then, so I decided to come back. Choosing this office meant paying up front and filing the claim myself, but it turned out to be much easier than I expected. I won’t pretend that having teeth pulled and being fitted for dentures was a pleasant or pain‑free experience — it wasn’t. But if you have to go through something like this, this is absolutely the office you want to go to. From the reception staff to the nurses to Dr. Pritchard, everyone works hard to make the process as comfortable as possible. They explain each step clearly, treat you with genuine care, and make sure you always know what to expect. When I checked out, the receptionist even handed me a fully completed insurance claim form, making it as simple as signing it and sending it to Blue Cross. That level of thoughtfulness and support is rare. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone needing this type of dental care. This team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in every part of the experience.
