I went to the Chattanooga office when I was having issues with implants that were supporting a bridge. This work was from over 10 years ago and some things were not done correctly. Dr Prichard was very thorough and explained my options and costs involved. After this consultation, I had another elsewhere. However, I was very impressed by the friendly atmosphere of Dr Prichard’s staff and his transparency when presenting options, possible issues and costs. I had the replacement work done. It took several stages and trips to the office. Each time I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. In addition, the entire staff is extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend😊

All staff and dentist were excellent. I can’t praise them enough. Everyone was so helpful. Too cold in the office at my visit. Previous visit it was too cold.One hour and two hour wait times in freezing waiting room is too much.

Never imagined that i would have to do anything like this but the entire staff was very friendly and never made me feel embarrassed nor ashamed which i totally felt before visiting... i would definitely recommend them to anyone with teeth issues and feeling embarrassed of being judged... from the check in to the evaluation and procedure to the final checkout i couldn't have been more pleased with the total process!!!!

1st of all!! Doctor Pritchard and the entire team are the best in Chattanooga! Maybe the world in my opinion! I had an implant placed yesterday! I feel amazing and happy today. I promise you it was very relaxing and I didn't even need a calming drug or "gas".I don't have any complaints or regrets! You wont regret it! If you want implants or start a new smile journey, DO NOT WASTE your time elsewhere! Do not be embarrassed of your situation or fearful of the " white coat"! You deserve it! Catch that smile you've been dreaming of! Call them and book right away!
