Doing fine with my dentures is hurting my mouth and I was hoping to be able to come by tomorrow because I have another appointment in Charleston

Extractions were completely pain free! I was anxious but Dr. Neill made me feel so comfortable and confident in his care. I received a printed copy of after-care instructions, which Justin thoroughly explained as well. Dr. Neill's cell phone number was listed for after hours concerns or questions. I had no complications, but it was comforting to know Dr. Neill was only a call away. My reason for only giving 4 stars, which I may edit once I receive my permanent flex partial denture, is that there is a silver hook across my front tooth. The reason I came to Affordable Dentures is because I was embarrassed of my old partial denture due to the amount of metal that was visible. I expressed that a few times and asked more than once if it would be natural looking. I was assured that it would be. When Justin gave me the mirror, I confessed my disappointment and dislike for the very visible metal on the temporary partial denture. I am praying that the permanent flex will not have visible silver metal. Justin told me it will not, but I'll only give a four star rating until I receive the new one.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neal and his staff. Yesterday’s minor emergency visit was handled quickly and professionally, as always. However, I was told they are no longer accepting dental insurance and I’m assuming, dental discount plans. This saddens me as I was ready to get a consultation for two more implants and I’ll have to seek assistance elsewhere.
