This review regards services provided to my mother: Everyone was incredibly courteous, from the front desk to Dr. Cranford, himself. All dental staff were patient, receptive to patient inquiries, and thoroughly discussed the dental procedures that they would perform, as well as all aspects of their billing. Intake was efficient. Diagnostic procedures were likewise efficient and thorough. There was very little, if any, waiting. The facility was modern and hygienic.
