I had an amazing experience with affordable dentures. From easy payment options to an amazing staff. On extraction day I was nervous but the Dr. Made it a painless process while easing my nerves. I would definitely recommend.

After a month of having my dentures I went in because they weren't feeling comfortable they adjusted them and now feel a lot better!!! Thank you!!!

Quick and efficient

All of the employees were so helpful with information and made me feel relaxed during the procedure and my doctor was very very helpful and pleasant 😄, everyone loves the new me!!

Had to work on the existing upper plate. Needed to be reworked. Everyone was very polite, and they took their time with us to make sure they get everything right to iur satisfaction.

My experience with the entire team at AD & I at the Cherry Road location in Rock Hill, SC, has been exceptional in every aspect of patient care and satisfaction—especially compared with my experience at the Monroe, NC, location, which I personally would not recommend to anyone.

What makes this even more impressive is that we haven’t completed the process yet, and I already feel compelled to recognize the level of care I have received.

Christine, in particular, has truly gone above and beyond. She has made me feel so genuinely cared for and valued that I honestly feel like I’m their favorite patient. When unexpected medical issues caused delays on my end, Christine took the time to call simply to check on how I was feeling. She reassured me that whenever I was well enough to return, they would be ready for me and would work with my schedule to get me back in and complete the process.

And I cannot say enough about Dr. Longstreet. Everything about his demeanor and the way he interacts with his patients is genuinely wonderful and refreshing. From the moment you meet him, he has a way of making you feel as though you’re talking with a familiar friend—someone you’ve known and felt comfortable with for years. Yet, at the same time, his professionalism never wavers. That combination of warmth, approachability, confidence, and professionalism is rare, and it immediately puts you at ease.

My first wax try-in was already absolutely beautiful and remarkably close to perfection. Even so, Dr. Longstreet carefully assessed every detail to ensure the best possible fit and final result. His attention to detail made it clear that “close enough” simply isn’t the standard here. That level of care has given me complete confidence that the finished result will be nothing short of exceptional.

I cannot recommend the AD & I team at the Cherry Road location highly enough. Their professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care and satisfaction have well exceeded my expectations. They have made what could easily have been a stressful process feel personal, comfortable, and genuinely caring.
