Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far, but I do have one complaint that I feel is worth sharing.

I was extremely frustrated that they refused to accept my CareCredit Mastercard simply because the account belongs to my parents, who were not physically present at the appointment. Apparently, they’ve had issues in the past with people using credit cards that didn’t belong to them, only for the actual cardholders to later dispute the charges.

Frankly, that’s not my problem, and I don’t believe legitimate customers should be penalized because someone else acted dishonestly in the past.

I offered to have my parents speak directly with the office to verify their identity and confirm that they were fully aware of and authorized the transaction. Furthermore, CareCredit specifically allows family members to use their accounts for qualifying medical and dental expenses. Despite all of this, the answer was still no.

I understand the need to protect a business from fraud, but there’s a difference between taking reasonable precautions and enforcing a blanket policy that leaves absolutely no room for common sense. When someone is preparing to spend thousands of dollars on necessary dental treatment, the last thing they need is an unnecessary obstacle when trying to pay for it.

Now, with that complaint out of the way, I absolutely want to recognize the people who have made this experience a positive one.

The ladies at the front desk are fantastic! They’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The dental assistants and dentist have also been extremely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Having 23 teeth extracted and transitioning into full dentures is a pretty intimidating experience, and the staff has done a wonderful job making me feel comfortable.

I don’t want one frustrating business policy to take away from the excellent treatment I’ve received from the people working there.

I’m still in the early stages of this process, but aside from the payment issue, I’ve been very happy with my experience. I’ll update this review as treatment progresses and I have a better understanding of the final results.

The wait can be annoying as well hopefully future appointments will be quicker.

It was really my 1st time, since I was younger going to the dentist. It was a long wait but a good learning experience. I really did enjoy the service they offered once they saw me. Excellent

It was my first time visit and had a long wait, but once I was called it was great all the people who work there were very nice and it went well…

Very gentle and kind. In and out in a hurry!

I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled and it was a very good experience, from the X-ray to the extraction. Everyone was nice and professional. They numb you real good and all I felt was a little pressure. Thank God because I get very nervous going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Lloyd.

Haley was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. So patient working with me to get my dentures feeling more comfortable.

Everyone was really nice & friendly. It didn't take long at all for my first visit or for them to let me know my insurance was approved & for my second appointment to be scheduled..Can’t wait to go back at the end of the month & finally get my smile back.
