I really needed an extraction to enable me to use my partial but I can’t get it done until November 3 … other than that, my experience was okay

Went in to get an alignment the girl that was assigned to me was fantastic. Very patient very kind she cut her time. She helped me till I was satisfied. I really had a great experience yesterday. The only negative thing I have to say is my appointment was at 1 PM and I did not get seen until 2 PM.

Thank you guys for saving the day again with my bottom partial-Schedule my appointment for 9:30 AM by 2 PM. My partials were done complete and ready for me to be on my way special thanks to the young ladies upfront who got me in and got me out thank you.

Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far, but I do have one complaint that I feel is worth sharing.

I was extremely frustrated that they refused to accept my CareCredit Mastercard simply because the account belongs to my parents, who were not physically present at the appointment. Apparently, they’ve had issues in the past with people using credit cards that didn’t belong to them, only for the actual cardholders to later dispute the charges.

Frankly, that’s not my problem, and I don’t believe legitimate customers should be penalized because someone else acted dishonestly in the past.

I offered to have my parents speak directly with the office to verify their identity and confirm that they were fully aware of and authorized the transaction. Furthermore, CareCredit specifically allows family members to use their accounts for qualifying medical and dental expenses. Despite all of this, the answer was still no.

I understand the need to protect a business from fraud, but there’s a difference between taking reasonable precautions and enforcing a blanket policy that leaves absolutely no room for common sense. When someone is preparing to spend thousands of dollars on necessary dental treatment, the last thing they need is an unnecessary obstacle when trying to pay for it.

Now, with that complaint out of the way, I absolutely want to recognize the people who have made this experience a positive one.

The ladies at the front desk are fantastic! They’re friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The dental assistants and dentist have also been extremely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. Having 23 teeth extracted and transitioning into full dentures is a pretty intimidating experience, and the staff has done a wonderful job making me feel comfortable.

I don’t want one frustrating business policy to take away from the excellent treatment I’ve received from the people working there.

I’m still in the early stages of this process, but aside from the payment issue, I’ve been very happy with my experience. I’ll update this review as treatment progresses and I have a better understanding of the final results.

The wait can be annoying as well hopefully future appointments will be quicker.

I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled and it was a very good experience, from the X-ray to the extraction. Everyone was nice and professional. They numb you real good and all I felt was a little pressure. Thank God because I get very nervous going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Lloyd.
