I've waited a year to write this review because I wanted to go through the entire process for obtaining my lower denture. First of all I had no knowledge of this business before I made the 1st call. Let's be clear "Affordable" doesn't mean bad or cheap service, no no, not here! From the very 1st appointment I was treated as if I was the only customer, first in line. For an office of this size doing the volume of business they handle daily it takes a lot of teamwork for this operation to work like a well oiled machine. Every encounter and procedure was met with a warm smile. I must give kudos to each and every employee for the dedication given to each and every patient, because to do so daily is a feat within itself. Thank You all so much for such a pleasant experience! I've dealt with an upper denture for over 30 years, anytime I had to replace those teeth I was met with endless appointments and a minimum of 1month to finally get those teeth, not to mention the follow up for adjustments. Not here, impressions And teeth are Ready the same day thanks to the fantastic team working in the lab. (Shout out to Billy) No this isn't a paid customer, just someone who understands a great business model when seen. I could rave on and on positively for an eternity but by now anyone reading should get the jest of what I'm saying. Thank You all again 🙏 ❤️ for a job well done....everyday!

Had an emergency come up while on vacation in Branson and they got me in very quickly and well taken care of in a timely manner. The Dr was very thorough and pointed out to me kindly what my situation was. The Lab Department and all of the staff were nothing short of kind , and so amazing as they all explained my procedure very well . I can’t thank any of them enough for helping me as they all did. We will be back .
