My hygienist is really nice, and always does a great job!!

I moved to Springfield in 2022. Prior to trying Affordable Dentures & Implants (AD&I), I visited 3 different Springfield-area Dental offices (in south Springfield) seeking the EXACT solution ADI provided, but (for whatever reason) was forced to move on after a single visit each time.

Fast forward... Though my first visit at AD&I was only a consultation, I felt like I was in good hands from the very start.

Unlike other Springfield-area dentists, I didn't feel like AD&I's #1 objective was to manufacture unrelated oral health problems designed to maintain their revenue stream.

Though the dentist at AD&I DID ask me about a non-related oral issue he saw during an exam, he quickly moved on after I explained & added context about it.

When you hear AD&I specializes in dentures and implants, BELIEVE them!

They offer Economy level dentures, Economy-Plus dentures, and an Ultra-Premium denture (the "Cadillac" version).

I selected the Ultra-Premium version because - at least conceptually - they'd check all the boxes (i.e. comfortability, natural-looking, and durability).

- MONEY WELL SPENT -

This selection is one of THE BEST decisions I've made in the last 52 years because they are BEAUTIFUL! Though I'm ALREADY quite smooth, my previous smile NEVER looked THIS GOOD!

If you're still trying to decide, and you have the financial means, you WILL NOT regret purchasing Ultra-Premium dentures from AD&I. NOTE: They may not fit like a glove on day-1, but don't worry - THEY WILL eventually.

Mine felt AMAZING after only ONE scheduled adjustment. MORE ADJUSTMENTS will be required as your mouth continues to heal, so RELAX - they definitely know what they're doing.

Great service as usual and great dentures. Great people to work with, the technicians and desk staff are top notch. This is my 3 rd set of dentures in 26 years you get your monies worth.

quick and painless

I would not have rated this high 5 months ago, but after having to work with them so long now for my 68 yo mate, I think much higher of them. Their price was more expensive than a newer dentist a few miles further, but ADI did not seem to have so many children, so that was something to consider as wanted quality top denture, not fillings. Few hiccups with ladies that answer phone, as we are retired military, and I can get to the point real quick, and do not like when told two different things. Met the dentist, liked him, consultation was cheap, and only a 6 minute drive. So as my husbands POA, chose them for ease, and quality, not the lower priced venue. After removing top teeth, solid job, good instructions but not enough pain meds, I should have called and asked to speak with dentist but hands full, just a reminder for them--that a reminder to elderly patients would be great if it is a possibility as too much Ibuprofen, Aleve or Motrin hard on liver. So far so good with new top denture, and just had last liner checked and it looks really good, he can talk fine, and for right under 3k we are happy with finished product, and cleaning. The women at the desk are easier to get along with, it took time, but that is with any new business relationship. Being a POA is hard enough and once that part is understood, it is easier to deal with most receptionists. I do think the lady at check out (and some check in) who handles a lot of the calls, appointments and questions does a good job, efficient, smart, and we are now cordial. The actual manager I was not impressed with at all, stays hidden, then shows up when there is an issue (such as asking for a chair, smh) and seems not quite capable for that type of position for a business that employs many and has a ton of customers. Between her attitude, and the long, long wait times that are for the lining, and post check ups had to just give 4 stars. The timing hit or miss, one day right on time, the next may be a 3o minute wait. Always do your research and read the reviews to find what may work for you or your partner.

Everything was great!! No problems!

Had an emergency come up while on vacation in Branson and they got me in very quickly and well taken care of in a timely manner. The Dr was very thorough and pointed out to me kindly what my situation was. The Lab Department and all of the staff were nothing short of kind , and so amazing as they all explained my procedure very well . I can’t thank any of them enough for helping me as they all did. We will be back .
