I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith throughout my implant process. I’m in the final stretch now, just waiting on my crown, and everything has gone smoothly. The office staff are always kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I ever needed another implant (hopefully I won’t!), I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone is really nice and professional. The facility is super clean. Prices are very reasonable. Went to do a implant maintenance and have my top dentures repaired. Took a little more time than I would have like. But they were some what busy and still did an excellent job.

Dr. Jackson and staffs are wonderful, thorough, professional, reasonable price and cheaper than other dentists for excellent processes that others don't provide. I would recommend this place.

We had the best experience with Dr. Jackson and the amazing staff at the Covington location today. They are true angels that went above and beyond to get us fixed up and out the door smiling again. I always say one of the most impactful things you can share with a person is a simple smile; they saw the urgency behind a tragic event and made it happen. My visit was very great! First, the front office staff members were warm and welcoming. I had a molar that was split and needed extraction, when I went in to get it out the service happened so quickly, before I could realize it I was out of the office! relieved of my pain and discomfort.
