We had an emergency visit to NorthShore Dental. It was a great experience just way out of budget. The insurance did pay for the visit , but not for what was coming up. It turns out there was an active infection and a few abscesses. We got x-rays, medications and a breakdown list of the procedures and the prices. We took all that information and went online to the insurances website to find a provider and to compare prices. After a couple of failed attempts at other dentists business. We finally ending up here at Affordable Dentures. We let them know about our recent visit at another dentist office. We had all the paperwork plus the x rays. We knew the dentist would have to possibly take their own x-rays and come up with their own action plan and that the visit would be out of pocket since our insurance just paid for an exam. We wanted to know the prices of a tooth extraction, anesthesia, & dentures with and without insurance. Websites are slow to updates so I just wanted to make sure what we found was close enough to be expected. They were more than happy to answer our questions with no issues. Mrs. Natasha what works in the front doubled checked to make sure they accepted our insurance & what would be covered vs out of pocket. They helped us step by step with financing after we got confused & couldn't figure it out. They even sent a pretreatment to the insurance for more precise Ms. Dr. Jackson the dentist was marvelous. Although at first we simply still couldn't afford the procedure...(remove all his teeth & get dentures. Cost about 6k no matter where we went AFTER insurance) They help design a plan to get things done in increments. Also they made sure we understood every step. Getting rid of the worst teeth first. We felt secure & safe in their hands. On top of this we are getting married in October. He needs teeth for the wedding for sure so it's a bit of a time crunch. Little funds, no time, stress & uncertainty. Affordable Dentures and their amazing team by the Grace of God we were truly blessed to have such a caring & dedicated team effort to encourage us & effectively execute a successful & spectacular experience. We still have a long road ahead but we have faith with them on our side. Thank you to everyone who has helped us.

My experience was great the staff was very nice and professional. They went over my treatment plan and went over the process with me informing me step by step. Dr. Jackson was very professional and friendly and she have a beautiful smile. I can't wait to see my results.
