Efficient, Caring, Constant, Cost effective.

After my regular dentist of several years called and cancelled my appointment for the same day they said they are no longer seeing patients with a certain insurance. I was forced to find a dentist that could repair my partial (broken wire on an upper partial). The office overall was clean but equipment looked outdate which is not necessarily a bad thing so I've read. The staff was friendly but just didn't give me an inviting feeling. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and had to pay out-of-pocket. Went for the first appointment on Monday and was told the person who does repairs isn't there that day. The dentist came in and checked each of my teeth by wiggling each of them with a gloved hand and I was told to come back in the morning. They did an upper and lower mold on the second visit with some horrible tasting compound (did not give me anything to drink or rinse my mouth afterward) and I left my partial to be repaired. Came back that afternoon and was told it was a difficult repair and it probably wouldn't last long. At that point the assistant said I would have to have a full denture on top soon. After trying the partial it was obviously too tight and it didn't fit over the tooth correctly. Had to leave the partial again and cone back the next afternoon The next day, after a few attempts by the assistant to reshape the wire it seemed to fit slightly better but on the way home I could feel the wire bulging away from the tooth and irritating my inner lip. I left my partial out as much as i could so it would not get any more irritated. Unfortunately I think I will be looking for another dentist. But if you are looking for a full denture, they could very well be the right fit for you.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. The people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of in a timely manner.

Very nice people who are helpful and thoughtful

The doctor was fantastic! I was nervous about getting all my teeth taken out without being put to sleep but the doctor made sure I was comfortable and numb before he started! Something called twilight sleep..awake and aware but not..And before I knew it he was done! I didn't feel a thing...I few days later I was really hurting ,had a few spots the dentures were rubbing ,the staff got me right in to adjust the spots and now I have no pain! They are a really great team they got going on there to take care of their patients I recommend them if your needing dentures whatever your concerns are about getting them they will put you at ease and take care of any concerns besides the fact that they are the best price I found and have other finance options available if your insurance doesn't cover what you want.....only thing is I wish they took Medicaid.......but barely any denture dentist does...which is probably medicaids fault...I give affordable dentures 4 and half stars out of 5!

They were so helpful so kind didn't make me feel self-conscious I was so happy to get there and everything is rolling along just quick I appreciate all their effort so happy with them
