Nice friendly service

When I tell you I am always nervous about visiting ANY dentist office….BUT this particular office in Orlando was so professional and reassuring, from the guy on the phone that booked my appointment to the ladies and gentleman in the actual office! I most certainly have to give a shout out to the office manager Jennifer who helped me navigate the cost and made me feel so welcome! Dr. V was amazing and comforting during my procedure. I must say the whole staff was awesome and great at what they do! I had to give Jennifer a hug before I left because she was such a sweetheart! Amazing work guys! Keep it up!!!!

ADI on East Colonial (Orlando)is the place to go for dentures, implants and partials. Today I received my dentures, and they fit like a glove and look so natural. I am extremely pleased with the skill and craftsmanship of Dr, Vidalia,, Anais, Chris, Jennifer, Ralphael and everyone who helped me. The quality is superb, the staff is kind and professional, the work is to perfection, and the price is fair. You can also finance and make payments. Interestingly, I found this place on line and took a chance…….. that was my good fortune🍀🙏. Highly recommend..

It was the most wonderful experience. Everyone made me feel so welcome. They answered all my questions and concerns. The doctor was very caring and explained everything as she was taking care of me. I had an overbite with my previous dentures from another facility. The doctor fixed the overbite and my dentures fit perfectly. She is and artist in dentistry. I even took my best friend to have hers done and she's very happy. It gave her so much confidence. I am so happy to see her smile again. I've had so many complaints on my smile from everyone that I know. I've even had people asking me where I went to get them made because they are going to go there to have theirs done. I am one of those people who suffer terrible anxiety at the dentist. My surgery was yesterday and I had to have 11 teeth pulled out and everyone from the receptionist, the lady who had to give me all the instructions before the surgery(who btw was THE BEST), the surgery team: were all so professional yet personable(you usually only get one not both of those things) they all made me feel so comfortable. The surgeon did such a great job! I mean I'm in day 2 and I have absolutely NO PAIN in my mouth AT ALL! They also gave my husband a phone number to text them with any concerns and they called right away with answers. I think this is the best dental experience I've ever had in my 50+years of life. Staff was Amazing! Rafael especially Very Hepful & knowledgeable regarding what to expect & what to do about getting use to New Dentures. He actually gave me a piece of mind about what to expect *Shaved them down a little where my chewing was much more comfortable . Great experience. Whole staff so friendly & caring...meant a lot°°!!
