Every single person I spoke with was very kind and respectful. No one acted like a snob and no one treated you like a number. They returned all phone calls in a prompt and timely manner. All questions were answered and they actually encouraged you to ask questions. They did not try and push any unwanted or unnecessary treatment. They helped find financial options to make the process possible. Dr Crisp is amazing to say the least. He does not make you uncomfortable or give you that “ I’m better than you feeling”. He listens to what you say, he answers what you ask and he gives his honest opinion while leaving the final decision up to you. He doesn’t try to rush you out the door. The nurses Amber and Hailey were excellent, kind and respectful. There were a couple other people that I dealt with that definitely deserve recognition but unfortunately I was unable to remember their names. The gentleman who does the molds is fantastic and also very respectful. The procedure went very well even though I was very nervous about it. The staff truly shined. The atmosphere was easy and the facility was clean and professional. I highly recommend this dental clinic and actually look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much Harrison office.
