Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience, from the front desk worker to the ladies in the back. All were Super nice and compassionate. For someone who has extreme fears of dental work, The doctor was very gentle and kind! They are also so good to explain everything to you before doing it.. I would tell anyone it’s the place to go!

Virginia went above and beyond to make sure they could find a way to work within my budget...I am so thankful to find such a caring person. Also the rest of the staff are outstanding with the care they provide...You will not find better service anywhere... Excellent is the best description of this team.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental implant office & the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, & compassion—that alone set them apart immediately. They went above & beyond to make sure I had little to no anxiety about my upcoming procedures. Every step was explained clearly, every question was answered without rushing, & I never once felt dismissed or pressured. They truly took the time to understand me as a patient, not just a chart. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Virginia, who was absolutely phenomenal. Her level of accommodating care, constant reassurance, & genuine willingness to sit with me and help ease my fears made an enormous difference. She never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable—just heard, supported, & safe. Her calm presence & compassion meant more to me than I can put into words. What meant the most to me was how incredibly understanding & sensitive they are to patients who have dental procedure anxiety due to previous treatment or procedure trauma. Instead of brushing it off, they acknowledged it, validated it, & did everything in their power to help me feel safe, comfortable, & in control. That level of empathy is rare—and life-changing for someone who has struggled with dental fear. The entire experience was phenomenal—professional, compassionate, reassuring, & truly patient-centered. I walked out feeling calm, confident, & cared for, something that is not always a priority at larger franchise dental implant centers. If you are nervous, anxious, or have had bad experiences in the past, this is the place you want to be. I am beyond grateful for the care I received & cannot recommend them highly enough.
