Dentures & Implants Cost in Charleston

Everyone who works there is super nice. My problem is trying to make an appointment. Yes you can make one on line if you are a new customer but if you are an existing customer who just needs an adjustment for dentures that you just got you have to physically go there to make an appointment which is usually a week or more in the future If you call you get a recorded message that says someone will return your call which never happens Very frustrating when your new dentures are making your mouth sore

Took a week and seven phone calls later I finally got an estimate for extraction of my teeth. Was told that they were going to remove my palatial tori (extra bone in the roof of my mouth) and never did it and didn't know about it, even though it was in a text message. As far as numbing me... OUTSTANDING. I'm hard to numb. EXTRACTIONS WERE DEFINITELY DONE WITH CARE AND I AM NOT EVEN SORE THE NEXT DAY AND I HAD SEVERAL TEETH THAT WERE IMPACTED!!! So you guys did a wonderful job removing everything!! THANK YOU

I have been visiting this office for over a year now. I have seen negative reviews and am at a loss as this has never been my experience here. I want to mention that much like any doctors office, emergencies arise and sometimes you have to wait. The staff are always kind and compassionate here. Before each visit I knew what to expect, I was allowed to ask as many questions as I had, and the Doctor and staff have always listened to my concerns and explained exactly what would occur and what the outcome would be. The office is clean and pleasant. I was always afraid to visit a new dentist, but I feel like I have found the right one and all my fears have faded. I also want to add that with every procedure I have received an anestetic and felt nothing. I do not know what I was afraid of! If you are looking for a convenient location and fair pricing, (I did my research before going here), this may be the Doctor for you!

From the first contact with Sara at reception to the consultation the staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful. Special thanks to the following who made going to the dentist a nice experience: Sara who gave epic care & compassion. Cassandra who carries the weight when Sara gets pulled away by my neediness: Maya & Raven who are both exceptional, dutiful professionals. The wonderful Dr Osama who operated on my broken & messed up mouth but never muttered ‘well I haven't seen THAT before’ or ‘thats 1 for the journal of oddities’ ONCE! Eric who patiently met & discussed options in an efficient, knowledgeable, & an easy to understand way that I have never experienced before. Thank you very much you Sara for later gave me solid confident advice pre & post reassuring me. I was referred to the right place for such an important procedure (to me). I know you will too! Thank you all and apologize to anyone I left out in my review. The office must be so busy and yet it is run by such a competent team of professionals! I won't say I yeaaarrnn to go back to the dentist, but anyone would and should feel a little easier in this office. John Patrick
