I have had two sets of implants over the past year. The service was excellent and the cost of the implants was very reasonable. I did a cost comparison and found I save thousands over other providers. The doctors and medical attendants are friendly and competent. Best of all I have a full mouth of teeth. Excellent experience! Dr. Saleh went above and beyond to make sure my teeth looked perfect and that I was completely happy with the results. My husband was amazed at how natural they looked—he even asked if I had provided an old photo for reference (I didn’t!). I’ve received so many compliments on my smile, and no one can tell I have an upper denture. They were also willing to customize my denture with a horseshoe design to accommodate my sensitive gag reflex, which I had heard many providers won’t do. Dr. Saleh explained that this could reduce suction and might require adhesive, but surprisingly, the fit was so good that I didn’t need any. Even the team was impressed by how well they stayed in place, which really speaks to the quality of the impressions and the in-house lab work. Over time, I experienced normal bone loss and needed to use adhesive temporarily, but after getting a soft reline, I’m back to not needing any at all. It’s been such a relief to wear them comfortably without adhesive. From the very beginning, I followed their instructions carefully—wearing and cleaning them as directed—and within just a few days, they felt like a natural part of me. I had no trouble eating or speaking. For my extractions, I saw an oral surgeon under full sedation, then waited six weeks to heal before getting my impressions done. That healing time made a big difference. While some bone loss afterward is expected, I felt well-informed and prepared throughout the process. The entire team at the Fayetteville Rd location in Durham was outstanding. From the warm, welcoming receptionist to the kind and personable dental assistant, to Dr. Saleh herself—who clearly takes pride in her work and patient satisfaction—everyone made the experience exceptional. It’s worth noting that each location is independently operated, so experiences may vary. But if you want excellent care at a great value, I highly recommend Dr. Saleh and her team. It’s an hour drive for me, and I don’t regret choosing this location for a second. I have had a very good experience on every vist. The ladies at the front desk are professional and very helpful.

I had a tooth removed yesterday and it all went great. No pain, no bleeding. I look forward to the revieving my implant in October.

This place is clean, and are very clear with the work the do. My mom needed dentures and they came out amazing!! She loves her new teeth. You have to trust the process. The price was very reasonable as well.

The receptionist is always so friendly. Even though she's working alone most times when I've came, she never seem to be overwhelmed or overworked. She was still very patient and calm. Thanks for making my visit warm and pleasant. RBlount

I had my bottom teeth pulled yesterday. I did experience some pain until I took ibuprofen. Today I’m doing great. Just A very little swelling and two small bruises. The temporary dentures look great and I’m feeling positive. Dr Shalay (sp) was wonderful. I had no pain with the extractions. She is professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
