I truly trust and value my Mom’s opinion, so when she told me how comfortable and cared for she felt during her first appointment at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Carrollton, that meant a lot to me. Mom’s opinion carries weight around here, so when she says she had a good experience, I listen! 😂

Mom attended her appointment alone and said she felt welcomed from the moment she arrived. Once she was taken to the exam room, Ella, the nurse, helped her get settled and made sure she was comfortable before Dr. Margarita Durst came in. Mom said Dr. Durst was very kind, had a wonderful personality, and immediately put her at ease.

Dr. Rolando M. Galvez also came in and was very reassuring, attentive, and kind. Both doctors took the time to listen to Mom’s needs, answer all of her questions, and assured her that they would give their best to provide what she was asking for. Mom never felt rushed or brushed aside, and she truly appreciated being heard, respected, and treated with kindness.

Unfortunately, the Carrollton location could not accept Mom’s insurance. She was informed that the Newnan office would accept it, but that drive would be too far for her. Instead of simply sending her on her way with a “good luck and Godspeed,” the Carrollton office worked with her and offered a very nice discount to help accommodate her needs. That kindness was greatly appreciated!

So far, Mom loves the hospitality, friendliness, and attention she has received. Now she is waiting for her fitting and, eventually, her new dentures. I am excited to see the final outcome and will definitely return with an updated review once everything is completed.

They very good with what they do.You have no prob getting information and instructions.They treat you like family.All of them treat every one with courtesy and kindness even at the front desk.
