I had an appointment and plan to get work done and I had to wait a few weeks, but over this past weekend I had such severe pain that I couldn’t stand one more day with the pain. I sent a message to Mr. Chung and although it was Sunday, his day off, he immediately got back to me and triaged me asking why was wrong and he set me up for an emergency next day visit. Dr. Nguyen explained the extraction steps and told me to make sure I tell her if I felt any pain during the procedure. I don’t like to be difficult as a patient, but I felt comfortable enough to tell her my pain during the process and she immediately gave me extra numbing shots and made sure she got to that nerve in the tooth cause I felt it and was numbed to the high heavens. In a few minutes and swiftly both my extractions were done and I couldn’t believe how fast and pain free the whole process was. She did reassure me prior to it that I would not be in pain and when I apologized for being there and having to be seen as an emergency she so kindly told me that it was absolutely fine and I had nothing to be sorry about and that’s why she was there to help me get out of pain. Dr. Nguyen has hands of an angel. You won’t feel any pain and I do have a low tolerance for pain and it was all okay. Don’t be afraid and hesitate to get the dental care you need. Don’t delay your needed work. Things can get worse for you by waiting so long. This dental clinic will give you a five star treatment. The doggies on the way out help you with recovery and love. Be sure to ask to pet them on the way out. They are little healing Angels! I left the clinic happy and calm. I will be back to get my work completed once I heal. They have all the options you need and even if you have to pay cash, with or with out insurance it’s the best value and least expensive price that I have found anywhere in all of Kissimmee. I’ve been having an amazing experience so far. The employees are incredibly friendly and truly make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Their pricing is fair, and they take the time to explain all your options clearly. After the doctor reviewed my procedure, they even removed charges that weren’t necessary—which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most is that they have the tools to place the crown on the implants I already have. No other place in Orlando was able to do that! I feel lucky to have found them, and I can’t wait to restore my smile. Highly recommend!
