Dr. Tarcisio Ribeiro Santana, DDS, is a General Dentist at Affordable Dentures & Implants, Rocky Gap, VA. He brings fourteen years of clinical experience and a deep surgical background to the practice, with a focus on restoring full function and comfort for patients who have lived with failing or missing teeth.
Dr. Santana graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2012 and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in 2026. His advanced training in implant dentistry and oral surgery includes a Master's degree and a PhD focused on implant dentistry, along with training in implant placement, All-on-4 and All-on-X full arch rehabilitation, immediate placement and loading, bone grafting, sinus lift procedures, and complex oral surgery.
Over the course of his career in Brazil, Dr. Santana placed more than 2,000 dental implants, building deep familiarity with immediate implant placement and loading, full arch rehabilitation, complex extractions, and alveoloplasty. He carried that pace into his first two weeks of training with Affordable Dentures & Implants in Christiansburg, Virginia, where he completed nearly 300 extractions.
