I haven't yet met with a dentist, but Wanda, Diamond, and the x-ray tech were wonderful. They were very welcoming and patient. My only concerrn is that my appt for 8am, the first one of the day, was delayed until 8:35 after a morning meeting took place. I certainly appreciate the need for everyone to meet each morning, but perhaps they could schedule their 1st appt for 8:30. I am looking forward to my next appt to receive a consultation for my dentures, and to switch to implants eventually!

Wonder people all around very nice

I had a consultation at Affordable Dentures on September 2, 2026, and overall, I had a great experience! The office was very clean, including the bathroom, and the staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. The only caveat was the long wait time. However, once I was finally seen, everything was a breeze. The doctor took her time explaining everything about my partial dentures and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be going back to get my dentures. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures!

So far I am giving five stars because the team is friendly and informational and don’t make you feel bad about yourself. Since this is my biggest fear and insecurity how others treat and talk to you matter and they are wonderful. The doctor is on her game and knows her stuff and the prices are better than I could ever thought. No need to go to VCU RICHMOND when you have a doctor with a masters in this who also served her country. Plus they go through all sorts of insurances and truly that’s hard to find so until the procedures began this is my initial visit and feels.

Everyone in this practice is awesome! Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is relaxing. The compassion everyone shows is so nice. The prices were way better than anyone else's. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Everyone (including the dentist) was very thorough in explaining any procedures and answering every question. They were all very patient and understanding. Just an all around pleasant atmosphere. I am so pleased with my results.
