Everyone was very nice today. I guess I was just a little disappointed when I thought that I was going to come in today and get the impression done. I have made this appointment approximately 4 to 5 months ago and gave the representative all of my information. I just had a friend that came in had her teeth pulled today. They made an impression and she picked them up today at 3 o’clock. my process has been a very long one just for a partial

The Dentist was very willing to see the medical necessity to remove my upper teeth and get a denture. She also was completely on board with a partial on bottom! So problems.

Very good experience this far. Dr Zhzng is extremely competent and thorough. Was very impressed with the time she took with me to explain everything - the recommended plan, not pushing any one thing but simply making me aware of all the options. She even spent time going over my 3D X-ray and explained everything I was seeing.
Dr Z also made sure all my questions were answered every step of the way. Assistants, techs, front desk staff were all very courteous and professional. On day of surgery I felt completely confident in Dr Zhang and her staff.
I highly recommend going here for your dentures and implants. This is their business, and they really know their stuff.

This go around had compassion for patient But first go around sadly there was no compassion received Caused a delay to happen Pray receive compassion so can bring this to finish line For patient this becomes TRAUMA process to complete adventure Treat patients with respect and lots of patience ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 💖
