The service I received at Affordable Dentures and Implants in Katy was great. I am referring to my last visit when they prepared the molds for my upcoming full mouth extractions and ultra premium denture surgery. The staff was kind and helpful, but I thought their presentation of the denture process was lacking. I had done a lot of research prior to my appointment, so luckily I knew what questions to ask to be properly informed. Maybe it's just me, but I just assumed they would have a more informative presentation for denture buyers. Overall, we finally worked it out. On a positive note, their prices are far more competitive than the other 6 dental practices that I have seen recently.

I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants of Katy for solution to broken front tooth. I was given a price of $3750 for tooth extraction, bone graft, and implant. I have no dental insurance. I paid the $3750 in advance of services being provided. Dr Maria performed the tooth implant, didn’t like what the X-rays showed and removed it within an hour of it being implanted and did a bone graft. Dr Maria has since left the company.

Dr Gregory has taken over and recommended a removable partial. I have received a $2200 quote for this partial. But have not been given any credit for the implant that not successfully performed.

I was promised a call from the office manager on whether any credit can be given for the implant that was not successful performed. So far it’s been a week without a returned call. Today’s date is 8/17/2026. I will write a follow-up review upon completion.

Update 08/20/2026: Received call from office manager and was given a credit toward the partial. I’m very satisfied with the resolution. Without any reservations, I’m please to update the rating to 5 stars. This 5 star rating is consistent with previous feedback I had received from a friend which influenced my decision in choosing Affordable Dentures and Implants Katy.

Filling and cap were painless. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly as usual. Pleasant experience.

Another dental office did a bad job on my two front teeth. The crowns have repeatedly come off causing great embarrassment. Dr Richards has responded more than once to no notice requests for help and redone temps to correct the issues while waiting for the permanent crown to come in. This office is wonderful, highly recommend them.

Dr. Richards is a seasoned dentist. I have received a great service and help from everyone. Their fantastic dental lab is on location that makes life easy for patients. Thanks to everyone especially Cecelia .The last visit I was treated by tech Shy , she was articulate and very helpful .

Picked up my new bottom plate on Monday and it’s been amazing! Fits perfectly and have not had any pain since then, all my sore spots are healing up and are not as sensitive as before! I apologize but I’m terrible at remembering names but the girl that did my fittings was very sweet, she listened to everything I said and adjusted them perfectly! Truly a blessing to have them finally fit perfectly! No more pain, no more slipping and biting my cheeks, no more fears of them flying out of my mouth (which had happened a few times!) Thank you!! A million times thank you!! Your staff is amazing!
