Dr. Mohamed Serwan
DDS, Prosthodontist
Dr. Mohamed Serwan, DDS, is a Prosthodontist at Affordable Dentures & Implants, Humble, TX. Dr. Serwan brings specialized prosthodontic training and a passion for full-mouth reconstruction to his work, dedicated to delivering functional, aesthetic, and long-lasting results for every patient. His approach is rooted in the belief that a restored smile can meaningfully transform a person's confidence and quality of life.
Dr. Serwan began his dental career in 2008, earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Iraq before continuing his education in the United States. He completed advanced training in Prosthodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey, where he refined his skills in complex restorative and reconstructive cases. He also served as a faculty member in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, receiving a teaching excellence award in 2019.
A strong believer in lifelong learning, Dr. Serwan has completed hundreds of continuing education hours in advanced implant procedures, allowing him to confidently plan and execute even the most complex cases. Originally from Iraq and of Kurdish heritage, he is fluent in three languages, giving him the ability to connect with a wide range of patients in a meaningful way.
Outside the office, Dr. Serwan enjoys traveling and exploring different cuisines, bringing a global perspective and warm, personable approach to everything he does, including the care he delivers in Humble.
