I am what 100% of dentists would probably consider a high maintenance patient. 😂 I had a lot of trauma with dentists as a child and unfortunately associate dental work with pain, so I have avoided going at all costs for years. Obviously, that eventually caught up with me and is how I ended up needing some pretty extensive dental work and extractions.

I was very upfront with them about how terrified I was. I am normally the person who will make the appointment, feel brave for about a day, terrify myself thinking about it, and then cancel. But from the moment I made my appointment, to getting my insurance figured out, to my initial X rays and having everything explained to me, the entire staff has been incredible. Dr. Craig, all the techs and the office manager especially made me feel completely comfortable and never made me feel embarrassed about my fears or the condition of my teeth.

My experience so far has honestly been amazing. I don't fear going back for my follow up appointments. I don't fear the treatment that's still ahead of me, and most importantly, I have had very minimal pain throughout everything so far.

I genuinely wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 just isn't enough. If you're reading reviews because you know you need dental work but you're scared to actually make the appointment, please take this as your reassurance to do it. I completely understand that fear, and I know how easy it is to keep putting it off because I did exactly that for years. I walked into this office terrified, needing extensive work, and I have been treated with nothing but patience, kindness, and compassion.

There has never been any judgment or embarrassment. They listen when you're scared, explain what they're doing, and genuinely make you feel like you're being taken care of. For the first time, I don't feel afraid of what comes next with my dental care, and I never thought I would be able to say that.

If fear is the only thing keeping you from getting the dental work you need, make the appointment. You really are in good hands here.

I am not happy with my dental implants. 1. The upper dentures are too short. My lower dentures are too long. When I smile, you can’t see my upper teeth. My smile is also twisted. 2. The dentures don’t fit properly. They hurt my mouth. I’ve had to purchase toothache jell to help the pain. To date, adjustments have not fixed the problem. 3. I called for an emergency appointment because of pain, I could get in title a week. Meanwhile I had to blend my food in Order to eat. It’s an ongoing problem.

New appointment this month. I am very pleased that the dentist is remaking my teeth. I will follow up on this reviewer I get the final teeth.

My new teeth is still being adjusted. Since this visit, I am still unable to eat food because my gums are sore as a result of me eating my first meal after adjustment.

Sept 3rd I am still having discomfort chewing on my right side. The left side in the back needs to be smoothed out. Kind of sharp near my gums.

They were very friendly and set me up for an appointment to start my dental implant.
