The staff was very kind and helpful with the greatest attitudes I have ever experienced in my lifetime of going to various Dental offices... The Dentist himself was so precious with his kind and calming words and his attitude was over the top... I thank each and everyone I was in contact with on my first visit... Very welcoming and great service...

I was to have an implant, however the post that was placed 6 months ago had developed an infection around it and the entire area around it needed to be cleaned out. The doctor was great, he removed the post, cleaned out the infection and started the bone replacement procedure (AT NO EXTRA COST) I'll have to wait another 6 months to see if we can try again but that's life.

They were awesome from beginning to end. Very courteous caring helpful and no pain. Pulled my teeth and got dentures. It's been 6 days and I wish I had done it sooner. Keep up the great work 👍

Friendly staff, great "chair side" manner. This is my 2nd denture set the first set lasted a little over 10 yrs! I got my 2nd complete denture set & when I had to return 2 days later for a few rough spots on the dentures,they were still just as nice and polite. The staff are very helpful and answer all your questions. Waiting time from check in is about 10-15 minutes, not unusual and in my book very acceptable.

After shopping for dentures at (3) local places, I chose Affordable Dentures and Implants. Not only did they beat the implant price by $12K, they custom designed a plan for me and beat the other guy by $7K. And they were the only one to offer a warranty on their products!! My advice, don’t waste your time, just use these people. From Dr. Pritchard to his entire staff, it’s more than Affordable, it was enjoyable and satisfactory 👍🏻

My lower denture broke. They got me in that morning and I got them back after lunch.

Went for a consultation appt today for snap-in dentures, and I honestly dreaded it at first. However, the staff & specifically Dr. Tony Pritchard, was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and the atmosphere there is really relaxed. They are true to their name, too!! This was the second denture and implant office I have had a consultation with, and Affordable Dentures and Implants quoted me $11k less than the first place that I went to for the exact same services. I didn’t think snap-in dentures would be obtainable financially for me, but today that all changed. I have decided to get my snap-in dentures at this office & I cannot wait to see what my future holds after this life-changing process! Thank you, Dr. Pritchard and Affordable Dentures & Implants, I look forward to going on this life-changing journey with you all! 12/12/24 UPDATE: today a THIRD tooth broke last night. They say you can sleep in your snap in dentures, but apparently not. I literally just got a tooth fixed that broke LAST WEEK, it was the second tooth to break, and they said they would look over the entire denture & make sure everything is secure. I should not be dealing with teeth breaking when these teeth cost a literal fortune to me. I love this dentist & I love the front desk personnel & I love the denture techs! I do not love having to make two trips to the dentist in one day to get teeth fixed that should not even be breaking. I should be living my best life now, but I can’t. Acrylic teeth is not where it’s at. Spend the extra $$ and just get zirconia! 2/7/25: 1 day to the year since my dental implant surgery!! Today AD&I made me a new set of snap in dentures, they discovered my original pair weren’t made with the back teeth big enough, and was putting pressure on the front teeth, causing the 4 teeth that broke, to break. This was of course at no extra cost to me—thank God for the 4 year warranty! This office has went above & beyond to accommodate every single setback & have been so pleasant to work with! This office did everything right, sometimes things fail; but what matters is that they care enough to make it right & make sure I am happy. I’ve said it before & I’ll always say it: Thank you Affordable Dentures & Implants, Dr. Pritchard’s office, for giving me my life back!!! That is ultimately priceless! 3/14/25: On this day, I took my top denture out to brush my implants, etc. and when I did, one of the implants came out of my mouth & was still inside the denture. I immediately called the office & was told to come in asap. I was there within 45 mins of calling & they did the X-ray. There was no blood & I was on zero pain. Before or after the implant came out. Dr. Pritchard was very kind and understanding of how emotional I was because no one else ants to do this process twice. Dr. Pritchard could tell that nothing I did, or failed to do in keeping my implants clean, he said I just unfortunately fell in the 3% of people whose implants end up failing. So he and his team said they would redo my top implants for no additional cost to me bc it was covered under the 3 year warranty. I had 1 out 4 upper implants that had not been affected & was still integrated with my bone. I had to wait 6 months for the initial implant sites heal completely before re-placing them. Dr. Pritchard & his team also made me a brand new regular top denture to wear on the meantime so I wouldn’t have to go without teeth lol. 8/1/25: Had my procedure on this day, having the 3 implants re placed. Surgery & recovery all went very well! The only thing I paid for, was the nitrous oxide gas bc a little pill would not help my nerves lol. 3/13/26: I decided I would be more patient this time & waited the full 6 months before going to have Dr. Pritchard look & see if they had integrated properly with my bone. On this day they did an X-Ray & they were good, so they did the uncovering procedure (small procedure) that day 3/26/26: got my final snap in teeth & they feel so good!! I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!!!! Thank y’all SO MUCH!
