My experience was amazing. Every person I dealt with here has been amazing and helpful. I had my bottom teeth pulled and dentures made. The dentist made sure the process was easy and painless as possible with this type of work being done. I would absolutely suggest them to others in need of dental work. I cannot stress enough how amazing this staff is. Five stars isnt enough I give them all the stars.

I just want to say the dental assistant “Classy” was wonderful! She kept working on my teeth until the pain was gone. She was not going to let me leave until everything was right! She told me she was there for me to call if I had any problems.

Great service

Came in for dentures. Top ones fit perfectly. Bottom ones would not stay in when eating. Went in for a couple of adjustments. Finally decided on implants to hold dentures in place. It has been a painful process but worth it. Staff is friendly but professional and knowledgeable. Loved the dentist Dr. Brandon Powell. He is very knowledgeable regarding the procedure. Definitely would recommend them.

Hey my name is Lindsey and I just had to take the time to come on here and brag on these two beautiful ladies! I’ve had issues with my teeth, my whole life and recently I called affordable dentures on Poplar and Highland. Get some information about getting some work done. Mrs Kristy Who answered the phone was so informative and so friendly I know I probably asked at least 10 questions and she not only didn’t get annoyed or short with me. She explained to me in detail everything I needed to know and was curious about. i’m sure y’all can agree with me when I say it. It’s hard to find people like that nowadays so by the time I got off the phone, I was confident and exactly what I was going to get and what my plan was. The second person I wanna brag on is close classy! I believe she Is one of the dental assistance in the back and she was the one to help me on both of my appointments. I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve always Dreaded going to the dentist, but while I was back there, she’s not only made me feel completely comfortable, but we were cracking jokes back-and-forth laughing, and I felt like I was talking to one of my good friends. The vibe was just on point! This is definitely the bedside manner or the type of customer service you would dream of getting! It’s not the place that determines your experience. It’s the people. These two ladies are the reason my experience was amazing. I can’t wait to go back and see them in a couple weeks and I know I’m gonna Get exactly what I paid for because they are very thorough and they do not let you leave until you were 100% happy with the result!

I appreciate how much this company worked with me, I did buy the 5 year warranty and they went about and beyond in honoring that warranty. I had the implants on the bottom and a full denture on the top.. were there there problems yes but Doctors Powell made sure it was corrected and the blonde lady that works with the implants was very patient with working with me (sorry I forgot her name)and the staff in the front were always so sweet. Just remember sometimes there will be problems will arise with some people but this company will stand behind you until it’s correct and always get the ones with the warranty! Thank you affordable Dentures and Implants for your help! I am also putting a good review on yelp which I rarely do!
