Very pleases with the entire process.

I had gone in to get my temporary partial dentures, which of course needed a bit of adjustment and the tech, Chief, was very patient & knowledgeable in taking care of them. All the staff in the office are very client friendly & let you know they’re there to help. You’re made to feel comfortable. Dr Bill is very patient & listened to my issues. He made me feel I was in the right place to get help!!

It continues to be an honor to work with the team and staff Dr. Bilal Elshamy at the Myrtle Beach office. I’m currently at the stage where they are working to have my top dentures and bottom partials fit snuggly, all the while looking like my real teeth. Although I’m still a work in progress, I am confident the time and effort will be much worth it.

You’re always gonna feel a little bit of pain, no matter what but it was a relief to get that tooth out. You’ve done a great great job. I’ve had so many bad experiences with Dentist. I would recommend you to anybody and thank you very much. I feel so much better.

Affordable dentures staff is kind

Everyone one was very professional and friendly! Except the office manager or what ever she is a nasty person and definitely doesn’t need to be dealing with people she is a miserable individual! I saw her literally run two people out of the office instead trying to help them figure out solution. I was told that I would have 4 teeth left after all of my extractions were completed. I had 6 left and my total balance never changed! I had to have another tooth extracted and they said I owed $105.00 but I talked to Brittany who was working in the office at the time and she said you should only have 3 teeth left by what you’re chart says ! But I said no I have 5! The manager or whatever she is, would not even listen to me, I said I would like to look at my paperwork at home and she very loudly said I will just send it to collections! I left in tears! When I went back for my molds for my permanent teeth she said I would not get another appointment until I paid the $105 and she was a real miserable and nasty person! You should really get her out of there! I guess I have no choice but to pay it or I will not get my teeth! Scott and Kim are amazing but very over worked!well i never sent this so added to it from my last visit on 05/23/2026 office manager much more pleasant! But it was just a month ago since my last visit Kim and Scott no longer there! The girl who adjusted my dentures didn’t do much good! They are actually rubbing a sore spot in my mouth! Hopefully when I finally get my partial it will go better for me!This last appointment to get my permanent set of dentures was great big difference from my last few!
