I love the entire staff! I've been a patient/ customer since March 2025 . They explain everything clearly and make things comfortable. I was really excited they moved closer to my house and I don't have to drive the interstate! I have diabetes and it wreaked havoc on my teeth. Unfortunately I lost all my teeth and went yesterday to have a final mold done for my permanent dentures. Thank you to entire staff. Truly heartfelt. I smile a lot more. I haven't loved my smile in years! Thanks to everyone that made this possible!! These are my permanent teeth.

Everything and everyone is so very nice from front door to X-ray. The Dentist and dental assistant answered all my questions and took time to explained everything to me.

I went back to Dr. Michael Smith and his team of dental professionals to do my set of lower implants because I was so thrilled with my upper set of implants. They are so comfortable and fit so well I barely notice the difference. I would recommend this location of Affordable Dentures and Implants very highly.

This review is from recent activity. I have overall been dissatisfied with my dental work. My extraction was in August 2024. Given temporary appliances. Told to wait one year. Come August 2025, new impressions taken but nothing fit. They couldn't get it right. Every time I called for appointment for adjustment, it was a 2-3 week wait to be seen. (This happened several times) Finally the tech just wanted to slap a realignment pad in it. I wanted a clean denture made to fit as it should. Hard no. Dr decided to start over. New impressions and new appliances. Not quite right yet but we're working on it. August 2026 will be two years!! I've suffered from jaw pain and headaches from trying to adjust to these Dentures. That was unnecessary and should not have happened. They also moved their office an hour away from me. I was prepaid on my service and had to go there.

Always professional and kind; from front office to the techs and doctors! Very particular and you are assured that their work will be perfect!

As always I had a good appointment yesterday. Easy to get an appointment, staff extended a friendly greeting upon arrival, the gentleman who helped me was efficient, professional & knowledgeable. Good service all around.
