Dr. Jacob Kleiman, DDS, is a General Dentist at Affordable Dentures & Implants, Providence, RI. His focus is helping patients with missing or failing teeth restore their oral health, comfort, and confidence. He knows that being able to eat comfortably, speak confidently, and smile without hesitation can make a real difference every day, and he enjoys getting to know each patient along the way.
Dr. Kleiman earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2020. He has since completed more than 200 hours of continuing education through Implant Pathways, including its Fast Track program, building hands-on confidence in implant dentistry. His clinical experience includes tooth extractions, bone grafting, preparation for dentures, and dental implant placement.
Dr. Kleiman joined the Providence team in October 2024, drawn to Affordable Dentures & Implants by the chance to make a meaningful difference through accessible tooth replacement care. He describes his team as one big family, and the close collaboration between the clinical staff and lab team helps make the practice a friendly, welcoming place where care feels personal.
